Beef Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. diced onions
    3/4 c. diced green pepper
    1 1/2 c. diced tomatoes
    1 can water
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (6 oz.) bag small egg noodles
    3/4 c. diced celery
    1/4 c. chopped pimentos
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown ground beef.
    Saute onions, green peppers and celery. Cook egg noodles according to directions on bag; drain.
    Stir together soup, water, sour cream and sauteed vegetables (drain tomatoes) until well blended.
    Mix all ingredients together and top with Cheddar cheese.
    Place in a 350\u00b0 oven until hot.
