Another Really Good Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    2 c. milk
    1 vanilla bean
    1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
    1/2 c. sugar
    whipped cream
Preparation
    Cook rice in boiling water for 6 minutes. Strain and cook in pint of milk with vanilla bean for 20 minutes. Dissolve gelatin and sugar in small amount of water.
    Mix with rice mixture and chill.
    Fold in whipped cream and mold. Serve with strawberries that have been injected with liqueur.
