Rotini Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. uncooked rotini noodles
6 to 8 Italian brats, boiled
2 c. onions, chopped
7 c. water
7 medium carrots
6 beef bouillon cubes
tad of pepper
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 can stewed tomatoes
3 stalks celery
Italian seasoning
Preparation

Boil brats, then cut up into bite-size pieces.
Mix all ingredients together but rotini.
Simmer 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Add rotini 15 minutes before eating or until rotini is tender.
Serves 8 to 10 people.
