Cheese And Wine Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    2 tsp. sugar
    3 eggs (or Egg Beaters)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. cubed Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    In a saucepan, heat wine, butter, sugar and salt until warm. Add to 1 1/2 cups flour and yeast in large mixing bowl.
    Add eggs. Beat at low speed for 1/2 minute and at high speed for 3 minutes. Stir in cheese and enough flour to make a soft dough and knead until smooth.
    Place in covered greased bowl and let rise until it doubles, about 1 1/2 hours.
    Punch down and shape into one large 8 inch round loaf.
    Place in greased 9-inch pie plate and let rise until it doubles, about 40 minutes.
    Bake 20 minutes at 375\u00b0. Cover with foil and bake an additional 20 minutes.
