Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork steak, cubed
    2 (16 oz.) cans bean sprouts
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    2 tsp. sugar
    water
    4 medium onions, chopped
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 c. rice, cooked
    4 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Salt, pepper and flour steak.
    Brown in 2 tablespoons oil. Add onions and celery.
    Cook until tender.
    Thicken with flour, soy sauce, water and sugar.
    Add bean sprouts and heat well. Serve over cooked rice.
    Add additional soy sauce to taste.
