Beef-Olive Ragout - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. round steak, cubed
2 Tbsp. oil
1/2 c. minced celery
1/2 c. sliced onion
1 medium green pepper
1 can mushrooms
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can tomato soup
1/4 c. red wine
1/4 c. sliced stuffed olives
salt and pepper
cooked noodles
Preparation

Brown meat in oil; add celery, onion, green pepper, mushrooms and garlic.
Cook until vegetables are tender.
Stir in soup, wine, olives, salt and pepper.
Cover and cook 1 1/2 hours.
Serve over cooked noodles.
Serves 4 to 5.
