Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can salmon
    1 can cream of celery soup or mushroom soup
    1 c. fine bread crumbs
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. salmon liquid
Preparation
    Drain the salmon, saving the 1/4 cup liquid.
    Remove skin and bones from salmon and flake.
    Combine all the ingredients together and pack into a well-greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour or until nicely browned.
    Loosen from sides of pan and turn out onto a platter.
    Garnish with pimento and lemon wedges.
