Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. minced onions
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    1 c. commercial sour cream
    snipped parsley, chives or fresh dill
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter until golden.
    Add beef, garlic, flour, salt, pepper and paprika; saute 5 minutes (until beef is cooked). Add soups; simmer, uncovered, about 8 to 10 minutes.
    Stir in sour cream and sprinkle with parsley.
    Serve on noodles, mashed potatoes, fluffy rice or toast.
