Chocolate Syrup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Melt chocolate squares over hot water. Add 1 cup boiling water and cook directly over low heat until thick and smooth, stirring constantly. Add 1 cup sugar and continue cooking for 3 or 4 minutes. Cool and store. Yields 1 1/4 cups.
