Microwave Beef Shanghai - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 lb. beef loin sirloin steak, boneless and cut into thin strips
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 large green peppers, cut into thin strips
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Pour oil into 3-quart microproof casserole.
    Add beef, stirring to coat.
    Add tomatoes, onion, garlic, salt and pepper.
    Cover with casserole lid and cook (micro) on High for five minutes, stirring once.
