Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. buttermilk baking mix
    1 lb. sausage
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Combine baking mix, sausage and cheese in bowl.
    Shape mixture into small balls.
    Place on foil-lined baking sheets.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 minutes or until brown.
    Drain well.
    Yields 40 servings.
