Nature'S Granola(Serves 24) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 c. rolled organic oats
    1 c. cashew pieces
    1 1/2 c. unsweetened coconut
    1 c. raw unadulterated honey
    1 tsp. sea salt
    1/4 c. walnut pieces
    1 c. distilled water (approximately)
    1/2 c. raw sunflower seeds
Preparation
    Place in mixing bowl.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Pour honey in.
    Add water and mix again.
    Spread on cookie sheets and bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Stir and turn over once during cooking time.
    Keeps well.
    For long periods of storage, place in freezer.
