Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. elbow macaroni
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 3/4 c. milk
    8 oz. sharp cheese or (8 oz.) Cracker Barrel cheese
Preparation
    Cook macaroni.
    Stir in margarine, onion, salt and pepper over medium heat until onion is slightly tender.
    Blend in flour, stirring constantly until mixture is smooth and bubbly.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in cheese until melted.
