Praline Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1 c. light brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    pinch of salt
    1 egg white
    1 Tbsp. bourbon
    2 c. pecans
Preparation
    Sift together dry ingredients.
    Beat egg white.
    Add 1 tablespoon whiskey to dry ingredients.
    Fold beaten egg white into dry ingredients, then fold pecans into mixture.
    Drop on greased baking sheet.
    (Teflon, if you have it, is best.)
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
