Raisin And Mandarin Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. grated mandarin rind
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
    12 slices white bread, lightly toasted, crusts removed
    1 (15 oz.) can mandarins, drained
    3 Tbsp. Mandarin Marmalade
    sifted confectioners sugar
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. mandarin syrup
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    In a large bowl, beat eggs with an electric mixer until combined.
    Add sugar a little at a time, beat mixture until it ribbons when beater is lifted.
    This takes approximately 8 to 10 minutes.
    Add the rest of the ingredients listed before the bread slices, beat until combined.
