Shrimp Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can tomato soup
3 small pkg. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
1/2 c. each minced onion, minced celery and minced bell pepper
3 small cans shrimp, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Combine tomato soup and cream cheese.
Heat and stir, then add gelatin. Add mayonnaise and water.
Stir. Add remaining ingredients.
Pour in mold and congeal. Serve over crackers, Melba toast or party bread.
