Uncooked Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. spaghetti or linguini
    6 medium tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped with juice
    8 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 garlic cloves, crushed
    basil
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Put oil, tomatoes, garlic and basil in a container and marinate for 2 hours.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Stir the sauce gently.
    Mix with hot pasta and serve immediately.
    Great in summer when regular pasta sauce is too heavy.
