Pineapple Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    8 oz. drained crushed pineapple
    1 c. nuts, chopped
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. bananas, mashed
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in large bowl and make a well in center.
    Add oil, pineapple, nuts, vanilla and bananas.
    Stir.
    Do not beat.
    Pour in greased and floured tube pan.
    If desired, put a glaze on with almost cool cake.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 75 minutes or 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done when tested with toothpick.
