Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten until fluffy
    2 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries with juice
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Add thawed strawberries and juice with beaten eggs and mix until well blended.
    Add oil and sugar; blend well.
    Combine dry ingredients and add together.
    Mix well.
    Add nuts, if desired. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 70 to 80 minutes. Cool 10 minutes in pan, then remove.
