Tomato Swiss Sole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fillet of sole
    1/4 lb. Swiss cheese
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. bouquet garni
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. marjoram
    1/2 tsp. rosemary
    8 dashes Tabasco
    1 small onion, chopped
Preparation
    Butter the bottom of shallow pan.
    Place the fillet in pan and cover with sliced cheese.
    Mix all other ingredients in small bowl and pour over fish.
    Bake at
    350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
