Barbecued Lamb - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
1 tsp. hickory smoked salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. celery salt
1 Tbsp. cayenne
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 c. corn oil
salt and pepper to taste
6 lb. leg of lamb
Preparation
-
Blend ingredients and marinate lamb several hours.
Smoke, covered, over low coals about 25 minutes per pound or until meat thermometer registers desired degree of doneness.
Baste frequently.
Let rest 20 minutes at room temperature before carving.
