Crock-Pot Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. shortening
2 c. chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, chopped
3 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 c. beef stock
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
3 (1 lb.) cans kidney beans, drained
Preparation

Brown beef in shortening.
Drain.
Mix in crock-pot with all other ingredients.
Stir well.
Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours, on high for 5 hours or automatic for 6 hours.
