Marinated Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            2 cans \"Shoe Peg\" corn
 
1 chopped bell pepper
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1 jar pimento, drained
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. Crisco oil
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- 
                            Mix sugar, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper in a saucepan.
 
Heat to boiling and pour over other ingredients.
Chill overnight.
