Chocolate Syrup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c cocoa
    1 1/2 c sugar
    1 c water
    2 tsp vanilla
Preparation
    Put sugar and cocoa in saucepan.
    Add water, stirring until mixed well.
    Cook until heated through completely and sugar is dissolved.
    Add vanilla; cool until syrup is barely warm.
    Put in container and refrigerate.
