Zucchini Chocolate Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. cocoa
    2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. milk
    confectioners sugar (for sprinkling)
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. grated orange peel (optional)
    2 c. coarsely grated zucchini
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Mix flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon in a large bowl.
    Set aside.
    Beat well in a medium bowl the butter, sugar and eggs.
    Add vanilla, orange peel and zucchini to egg mixture.
    Mix well.
    Add the egg mixture alternately with 1/2 cup milk to dry ingredients.
    Stir in chopped nuts, if you like.
    Bake in a greased and floured tube pan for 1 hour, or until cake tests done, in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
