Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 4 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. milk
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Combine 2 cups flour and yeast.
    In saucepan, heat milk, sugar, butter and salt just until warm (115\u00b0 to 120\u00b0).
    Stir constantly.
    Add to flour mixture.
    Add eggs.
    Beat at low speed for 1/2 minute, scraping sides of bowl.
    Beat 3 minutes at high speed.
    Stir in as much remaining flour as you can mix with a spoon.
    Turn out onto a floured surface.
    Knead in enough remaining flour to make a moderately stiff dough (6 to 8 minutes). Place in a greased bowl.
    Turn once.
    Cover.
    Let rise in a warm place, about 1 hour.
    Punch down.
    Divide dough in half.
    Let rest 10 minutes.
    Shape into desired rolls.
    Cover.
    Let rise 30 minutes.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
