Easy Jam Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. powdered sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    desired fruit jam
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and the milk until fluffy; set aside.
