Ingredients

2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. raisins (optional)
1 tsp. vanilla
4 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Beat eggs with sugar.
Add milk.
Stir until sugar is dissolved.
Add vanilla, cooked rice and raisins.
Stir.
Pour into 28 x 18 x 4-inch dish.
Chip margarine on top.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 1/2 an hour.
