Apple Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/3 c. cooking oil
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Mix all except apples and nuts in bowl until well blended. Fold in apples and nuts.
Bake in ungreased 14 x 10-inch sheet pan for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
