Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked and diced chicken
    2 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. chopped and toasted almonds
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 small grated onions
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 can drained peas
    3 hard-boiled eggs, diced
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Toss lightly the chicken, celery, almonds, salt and onion. Add lemon juice, mayonnaise, peas and eggs. Pile lightly in an 11 x 17-inch casserole.
    Mix together cheese, potato chips and spread on top of casserole.
    Bake in a 450\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes or until bubbly.
