Lemon-Pecan Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/3 c. powdered sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon rind, grated
    3/4 c. butter, softened
    1 (7 oz.) can flaked coconut
    1 (14 oz.) can condensed milk
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine flour, powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon lemon rind.
    Cut butter into flour mixture with a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal.
    Press firmly into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
