Microwave Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. beef chuck steak
    3 medium onions
    2 carrots, sliced
    4 large squash, sliced
    3 medium potatoes, quartered
    2 pkg. instant beef broth
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In 4 to 6-quart microwave dish, combine all ingredients.
    Cook High 15 minutes and then low, 90 minutes.
    Turn meat over 1/2 cooking time.
    Slice and serve immediately.
