Chicken Tetrazzini With Sherry Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large hens
    6 bay leaves
    2 large onions
    celery with leaves, handful
    salt to taste, start with 2 Tbsp.
    2 - 8 oz. pkg. thin spaghetti
Preparation
    In large stockpot, combine hens, bay leaves, onions, celery and salt.
    Cook until chicken is tender.
    Cool and remove from bones, reserving broth.
    Cut chicken into pieces.
