Whipped Cream Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cold milk
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. shortening (1/2 c. Crisco, 1/2 c. butter)
2 c. confectioners sugar
pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine milk and flour; cook, stirring until thick. Cool completely.
Combine shortening and sugar; beat until smooth.
Add to creamed mixture.
Add salt and vanilla; beat well.
Beat for 5 minutes more for a whipped cream consistency.
