Pumpkin Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (29 oz.) can solid pack pumpkin
    1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 pkg. powdered fruit pectin
Preparation
    Put
    all ingredients except sugars in a heavy saucepan; bring to a boil.\tQuickly add sugar.
    When mixture returns to a
    boil, cook for 1 minute.\tSkim foam.
    Ladle into hot jars. Adjust
    lids. Process
    in
    boiling water bath for 10 minutes. Yield:
    About 3 pints.
