Cloud Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. shortening
    2 c. sifted flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. sweet milk
Preparation
    Blend shortening into flour.
    Add beaten egg to milk and mix. Add to flour which has been mixed with other dry ingredients. Knead 15 times.
    Roll to 1/2-inch.
    Cut out biscuits and bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 to 14 minutes.
    May be kept in refrigerator 1 to 3 hours before baking or may be frozen and used as needed.
