Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 9 inch Pie Crust (Deep)
1 c. Meat (chopped ham or crumbled bacon or sausage)
1 c. grated Cheese (combination of Swiss, American and mozzarella)
4 Eggs
1 large can Evaporated Milk
Preparation

Sprinkle meat on bottom of pie crust then cover with grated cheese. Beat eggs slightly, add milk and salt and mix. Pour over meat and cheese. Bake for 15 minutes at 425 degrees. Reduce oven temperature to 300 degrees and bake 30 minutes or until knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean. Let stand 5-10 minutes before cutting. Serves 6.
