Orange Glazed Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. pork loin
    1 small onion, grated
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1 c. orange juice
    1 Tbsp. steak sauce
Preparation
    Place pork loin, fat side up, on rack in roasting pan.
    Bake in preheated 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
    Saute onion in butter in saucepan until soft.
    Stir in remaining ingredients; cook, stirring constantly, until thick.
    Brush over pork loins; bake for 1 hour longer, brushing every 15 minutes with onion mixture.
