Seven Layer Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
salt and pepper
2 c. cubed spuds
several pats butter
1 can diced carrots, drained
1/4 c. rice
1 raw, sliced onion
1 can peas, drained
3 c. tomato soup
Preparation

Brown ground beef in small amount of fat and salt and pepper to taste.
Drain excess fat.
Line bottom of casserole dish with spuds, salt to taste and several pats of butter.
Add carrots. Follow with layer of rice and onion.
Add peas.
For layer six, add ground beef.
