Barbecue Chicken (Fried) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 chicken thighs or your choice meat
Crisco oil
barbecue sauce (1 c.)
1 can Pepsi
salt
pepper
1 egg
1 c. milk
Preparation

Beat egg; mix egg
and milk together.
Dip chicken into mixture.
Salt and pepper
to taste.
Fry in oil until chicken is done.
Simmer 1 cup
barbecue
sauce
and
1
can
Pepsi in saucepan.
Add chicken and simmer about 5 to 8 minutes.
Serve while hot!
