Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Oriental noodles
    1 c. cooked and cooled rice
    1/2 c. slithered carrots and celery
    1/2 c. broccoli (if desired)
    1/4 c. scallions
    3/4 c. chopped chicken, pork or beef
    soy sauce
    powdered ginger or allspice to taste
    any other vegetable you like
    1 tsp. oil
Preparation
    In frying pan, stir-fry meat in oil over medium heat.
    Add soy sauce to taste, then add vegetables.
    Fry until tender, but not soggy.
    Add 1/4 teaspoon ginger or allspice.
    Continue frying, adding noodles and rice.
    Add a little more soy sauce and cook five more minutes.
