White Chocolate Nut Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter flavor shortening
    2 Tbsp. milk
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. white baking bar, cut into pieces
    1 c. coarsely chopped nuts (almonds, pecans)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Cream shortening and milk at medium speed. Add sugars.
    Gradually beat in egg and vanilla.
    Combine flour, baking soda and salt.
    Add to creamed mixture.
    Mix well.
    Stir in white chocolate and nuts.
    Drop by level tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 minutes.
    Makes 5 dozen 2-inch cookies.
