Cheesy Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns
    2 cans cream of potato soup
    16 oz. sour cream
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. onion
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, except cheese. Place in flat casserole dish. Top with cheese. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Makes 6 servings.
