Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 2/3 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 c. canned pumpkin
    1 c. dates or nuts
Preparation
    Sift flour.
    Add sugar, soda, baking powder, salt and spices into large bowl.
    Beat eggs, oil and pumpkin.
    Add to sifted dry ingredients, stirring until just moistened.
    Fold in nuts.
    Turn into greased 8 x 4-inch or 9 x 5-inch pans.
    Bake at 375\u00b0.
    Serves 4.
