Hamburger-Corn Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1/4 lb. pork sausage
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) whole tomatoes
    1 (16 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
    24 pitted ripe olives
    1 1/2 to 3 tsp. chili powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. cornmeal
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
Preparation
    Cook and stir hamburger, pork sausage, onion and garlic until meat is brown; drain.
    Stir in tomatoes (with liquid), corn, olives, chili powder and salt.
    Heat to boiling.
    Pour into ungreased baking dish, 9 x 9 x 2-inch or 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch, or a 2-quart casserole dish.
