Hot Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. tortilla chips
1 small onion, chopped
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes
Preparation

Brown ground beef and onion; drain.
Mix Ro-Tel with soup. Crush tortillas slightly.
Layer all ingredients in a 2-quart casserole dish. Begin and end with chips.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes, or until bubbly.
