Ingredients

1 c. butter
1 c. dark brown sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. dark molasses
1/2 c. dried milk
1/4 c. honey crunch wheat germ
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cloves
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. ginger
2 1/4 c. flour
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Beat in egg, molasses and dry milk. Blend in dry ingredients, mixing well.
Roll dough into balls, then in sugar.
Place on well-greased cookie sheet.
Bake 8 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Cool.
Makes 5 dozen.
