Mexican Wedding Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. baking soda
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes in an ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.
After cake is cool, ice cake with cream cheese or frosting.
