Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 Tbsp. basil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 lb. can tomatoes
2 beaten eggs
1 (10 oz.) box lasagne noodles
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 (24 oz.) container cottage cheese
Preparation

Brown hamburger, spoon off excess fat.
Add next 7 ingredients.
Simmer until thick (about 45 minutes).
Stir occasionally (add water as needed).
Cook noodles, drain and rinse in cold water.
Combine remaining ingredients in separate bowl. Mix well.
In 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan, place noodles, then layer cheese mixture and meat mixture.
Repeat until all ingredients are used.
Top with Mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
