Antipasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 heads lettuce (curly green and iceberg)
    1 can black olives
    1 onion, chopped fine
    1 green pepper, diced
    8 oz. fresh mushrooms
    12 oz. salami or pepperoni (cut matchstick size)
    premixed or creamy Italian dressing
    anchovy fillets, split (for garnish)
    Italian parsley, chopped (for garnish)
    Parmesan cheese (for garnish)
Preparation
    Toss ingredients.
    Garnish with anchovies, parsley and cheese and serve.
